This statement applies to you: (1) while using any World Wide Web Sites owned and maintained by FunList.com LLC; (2) while participating in events and trips produced or sponsored by FunList; and/or (3) for your purchase and/or use of any products and services offered by FunList and its commonly held affiliates.

TERMS OF USE

This is an Agreement to Indemnify and Hold Harmless.

Your use of the FunList Website and/or aforementioned events, trips, products and services constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with all of these terms.

You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless FunList.com LLC and their officers, employees and agents from and against all claims, suits, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses of any nature whatsoever resulting from, arising out of, or relating to the activities of FunList.com LLC or its officers, employees, sub-contractors, or agents under this Agreement.

FunList.com LLC is not obligated to screen the backgrounds or qualifications of any registrants or attendees at its events. Each attendee assumes full responsibility, and holds FunList.com LLC harmless against any damages resulting from any contact with individuals, the venue where the event takes place, or our web site, during or after FunList.com LLC sponsored activities. In addition, at FunList.com LLC events, Event Hosts and their Assistants may be Independent Contractors. Attendee agrees to release FunList.com LLC from any claims arising from actions taken by Event Hosts, Event Assistants, or the Venue in which the event takes place.
